Sparkfund Welcomes Sarah Spencer-Workman as Executive Vice President of Customer Solutions

 

Sparkfund, a leading energy transition partner, is excited to announce the expansion of its leadership team with the addition of Sarah Spencer-Workman as Executive Vice President of Customer Solutions. With over 17 years of experience in the energy and sustainability sector, Sarah brings valuable expertise from her previous role as Senior Global Director of Decarbonization at CBRE, where she led successful energy transition efforts across more than 70 million square feet in over 170 countries.

Empowering Building Owners and Operators with Innovative Energy Solutions

In her new role at Sparkfund, Sarah will be responsible for driving the continued growth of customer solutions that empower building owners and operators to address rising costs, maintain operational resilience, and streamline the financing and implementation of energy transition and renewable solutions.

Sparkfund Strengthens Team with Key Hires in Talent & Culture and Program Commercialization Sparkfund also welcomes two additional key hires:

Chenoa Warner as Vice President of Talent & Culture, bringing valuable experience from Carbon Lighthouse in building teams focused on decarbonizing the built environment and fostering inclusive, diverse, and engaging work environments. Nicholas Mart as Director of Program Commercialization, contributing a wealth of power sector knowledge from his decade-long tenure at Exelon companies PECO and Pepco Holdings, supporting distributed energy resource (DER) strategy.
